N-SIM: Network Simulation Software
 |
N-SIM Network simulation software is developed to provide basic understanding and implementation of various advanced concepts in networking. The software provides an opportunity to understand network fundamentals through animation. The simulation provides for network experimentation with various LAN and WAN protocols, network devices, real time packet capture, encryption, decryption, error insertion and analysis of error rate and throughput etc. N-SIM also include programming exercises for students to get hands on practice on networking parameters. This software covers ethernet LAN, wireless LAN and router. All networking theory is explained using simulation and animation.
